Rivet Business

The Rivet BU is dedicated to the design, R&D, and manufacturing of various cold heading products, including rivets, sleeves, pins, threaded fasteners and plungers. It produces a wide range of rivets used in automotive clutch systems, torque converters, DMF, transmissions, body and chassis, and braking systems. The manufactured parts meet the globally accepted standards including DIN7338, ANSI B18.7 and BS3575 or customer specified drawings. Covering an area of 15,000 square meters, the Rivet BU has total assets of 125 million RMB and over 150 employees. It consists of cold heading workshop, high-frequency quenching workshop, heat treatment workshop, machining workshop and optical sorting workshop. It is equipped with nearly 200 production equipment, including 67 multi-station cold heading machines, 50 CNC lathes and machining centers. It also has 20 production equipment in the high-frequency quenching workshop, 21 production equipment in the heat treatment workshop and 26 optical sorting machines. Additionally, there are more than 50 auxiliary production equipment and over 20 testing equipment. This BU has the capacity to fulfill annual orders for approximately 1 billion pieces.
